A solid silver vesta case by Joseph Gloster, 925 silver, circa 1906, with an extra front compartment, measurements 4.5 cm high, 3.7 cm wide and 1.2 cm deep, weighing 30 g, decorated with an engraved shield and flowers on one side and flowers and scrolls on the reverse, with a gold-plated interior and Birmingham hallmarks including the maker’s mark J.G. for 1906, in good condition with minimal wear.
