第三帝国 メイヤーの百科事典 1936-1942年（8版） 茶色の半革プレミアム版
volumes 1-9 は 豊富な挿絵、写真、地図を収録
20,000点以上の挿絵、情報300,000件
非常に良好な状態、本文ブロックも極めて良好
マイヤーのレキシコンは全体で12冊を予定していた。第三帝国時代には1〜9巻と12巻が出版された。戦時の影響で10巻と11巻は存在せず。
マイヤーズ・レキゾン 8版には、種別に関係する事実だけでなく、第三帝国の軍事やその他の記事、旗、組織、軍、政治などが収録されていた。
この時代に出版された唯一の complete encyclopedic set であるが、セットは完結せず、版元の家も破壊された。記事は officials によって改訂され、好ましくない人物（トーマス・マンのような）や事実は短縮された。
