Tasting Profile

Nose: Punchy and incredibly complex for its age, featuring toasted oak, coffee, and a mix of dry sandalwood, citrus, and mint. Underneath sits a gentle, lingering peat smoke combined with coastal sea air.

Palate: Tongue-coating and oily. Opens with sweet and savory fruits—like mango, pineapple, and spiced orange—before building to creamy oak, peppery spice, and a rich, maritime peat influence.

Finish: Long and dry with a bittersweet edge, leaving lingering notes of aromatic herbs, old cigars, and pungent peat smoke.
