非常に印象的なプラチナ製カクテルリングで、19.15カラットの巨大な楕円形カボション・ナチュラル・ルビー（ミャンマー産）を中央に据え、周囲にはラウンド・ブリリアントとブッテーネットカットのダイヤモンドを配しています。ルビーは深いピンクがかったレッドの色合いと滑らかな輝くカボション表面を見せています。
同梱のWorld Gemological Institute（世界宝石学協会）レポートによれば、ルビーはヒート加工を示す痕跡のないミャンマー（アウンマー）産の天然赤色サファイア（コランダム）で、油性の透明度改善処理を示すF3。サイズは17.07 × 13.09 × 7.95 mm。周囲の24個のダイヤモンドの総計は1.55カラットで、カラーはG–H、クラリティはVS2–SI2。リングの刻印は950プラチナ。
