Feluca K.u.K. Austriaca from Austria, an original/official imperial officials’ headpiece in poor condition with no certificate of authenticity, not over 200 years old, produced before 1880, featuring a felt body, a black ostrich feather crest, a gilded front cord secured by a golden button with the imperial eagle, a golden rosette with embroidered imperial eagle on the left side (the other side is missing), and visible damage as shown.
