白色の上エジプトの冠（ヘジェット）を戴く、跪く古代エジプト王の精巧なブロンズ像。像は古典的な犠牲の姿勢で描かれており、両膝をつき、両腕を伸ばして2つの小さな祭器を捧げる。このアイコノグラフィックな姿勢は神々への儀式的な献上を象徴し、王権の敬虔さと統治の正当性を表す。
モデルは25王朝期の王の known knee-figured statueを手本とし、現在ベルリンのエジプト博物館・パピルス室に所蔵されるものに基づく。特徴的なのは、静かで閉じた体の姿勢、理想化された顔立ち、そして高いヘジェット、すなわち上エジプトの白冠である。
像は1900年頃にブロンズの全鋳で制作され、経年による濃い茶色から黒茶色のパティーナを有する。丁寧な造形と仕上げにより、像には高品質の仕上がりが感じられる。背面には小さな鋳造マーキングがある。ブロンズは古いニーダーザクセン州の私的コレクションから出たものである。
