この上品な日本製ブロンズ花瓶は、伝統的な高岡鋳物の一品で、優雅に舞う鶴の群れを描いています。円形の“福寿”フォルムは深い緑のパティーナで仕上げられ、霜降りの表面が花瓶に並外れた奥行と趣きを与えています。飛ぶ鶴は対比的な銀色と金色のトーンで表現され、濃い緑色のボディに鮮やかな装飾効果を生み出しています。鶴は日本では長寿・福・忠誠・繁栄の象徴と長い間されてきました。/
この花瓶は1978年（昭和53年）に記念品として特別に発行されたもので、元々一般小売用には出されていませんでした。底部の銘には記念の趣旨と日付が刻まれており、歴史的な興味を加え、日本の贈呈品・伝統的金属工芸品のコレクターには特に魅力的な一品となっています。
広く開いた口部と均整のとれた球形のボディが、花道具としても装飾展示としても適した力強く洗練されたシルエットを作り出しています。
