Elena Paraskeva の作品は、機関・企業コレクションに所蔵されています。スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、アメリカ・ボストン病院（子ども癌ウィングの正面入口に500cmの大型インスタレーション）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）、その他機関・企業コレクション。

彼女の作品は、ブリュッセルの欧州議会をはじめ、ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、サンパウロ、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエナなどの主要ビエンナーレ・ギャラリーで展示されています。
2026年、 Magnum のフォトグラファー Alec Soth は、最も影響力のある現代写真家の一人として彼女の作品をギリシャでの展覧会に個人的に選出しました（ギリシャ文化省の後援）。

彼女は、4つの異なる国際写真学会により、2024年／2023年／2021年／2018年の INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR に選ばれました。
