TASTING NOTES
このオリーブオイルは、熟した香りと青香の組み合わせによるもので、同時に中程度の果実味を持ち、熟した香りと青い香りが共存します。香りは熟した/青いバナナ、リンゴ、そして緑の草を連想させます。苦味とスパイスの中程度の強さと、口の中でのわずかな複雑さ、乾燥果実の余韻を持ちます。最終的な持続性は中程度です。

In 2010, we took another step in our commitment to good and good, by planting a large Portuguese olive grove and an emblematic oil mill, reinforcing our country's place as one of the largest olive oil producers.
