サークル左向きの大統領スカルノの肖像が表面に配され、名前と「インドネシア共和国大統領」という正式な称号が添えられています。裏面には額面と日付が中央に示され、稲と綿の枝からなる冠に囲まれています。これはインドネシアの繁栄と福祉を象徴する伝統的なアイコンです。本文は線刻がはっきりしており、元の明るさと均一な表面を保ち、流通していないための軽い接触痕があり、MS62の格付けと完全に一致します。平滑な縁（Plain Edge）のこの変種は、西ニューギニア（Irian Barat）で流通させるために鋳造されました。この地域のインドネシアへの併合は1962年に完了し、この発行は地域の国家統合過程の興味深い通貨史的証言となっています。
