Unknown - Mickey Mouse pull toy - 1930´s

A Great Early 1930's Vintage Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Pull Toy. Made Out Of Heavy Pressed Steel with a hole in the front for the string. When you pull it, the three wheels move and Mickey's arms and body move up and down.
He is quite heavy nearly 900 kilogram and handpainted. In a very good condition and working condition.
I don't know the maker and have only seen a few of them. They are described as early 1920' or 1930´s pull toy.
