古風な鼎形の青銅香炉で、やや先細りの円筒状本体を三本の先細り円筒脚が支え、周縁は格棚状の縁を持ち、二対のアーチ状取っ手が頂部に載る。外部には四つの饕餮紋が刻され、四本の垂直に隆起するリブによって断続される。脚には古風な垂下型の蝉葉飾りが施される。
