短いプロフィール
私は南米のスリナムで生まれ、豊かな文化的遺産を抱えています：スリナム系、インドネシア系、アフリカ系、そしてオランダの血が少し混じっています。私はオランダで育ち、古いオランダの巨匠たちの遺産に囲まれた土地で成長しました—ヴェルメールとレンブラントが決して視界から消えることはありません。
香水ブランドの依頼でヴェネツィアを訪れたことがあります。そこでバロック時代の美術、建築、そして層状の歴史に深く心を動かされ、私の芸術的ヴィジョンを長く形づくるきっかけとなった体験です。

私の創作プロセスは綿密に構築され、多面的に展開します。セットは細部にまでこだわって組み立て、私の他の芸術的情熱—炭画、金とのコラボレーション、テキスタイル、そして高度な写真加工—を取り入れて、一つの調和のとれた表現へと結びつけます。私が生み出す作品は、これらすべての要素を一つの統合的な表現へと結びつけます。
私は人の姿を撮影します。男性も女性もいますが、主に女性—力強く、魅惑的で、神秘的な人物たちが、夢のようで感情的な世界に存在します。彼女たちは自分の周囲に気づいていないように見えることもありますが、静かで抵抗しがたい支配力を放っています。
私の作品は官能的で詩的であり、幻想と古典の感情的な繊細さを融合させつつ、現在に根ざしています。
