Fully Functional Antique Junghans Wooden Table Clock / Alarm Clock - Circa 1900
A fine piece of German watchmaking, this table clock with built-in alarm mechanism was made by the renowned Gebrüder Junghans company around the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1895–1905).
The clock features a beautifully crafted, round wooden case (probably walnut) with stylized wooden decorative scrolls on the sides, and sits on a stepped decorative wooden base.
The top is adorned with an ornate bronze crown that holds two classic metal alarm bells.
The ivory porcelain dial features calligraphic Arabic numerals with the original hands and a central bronze embossed disc.
