St. Kilian PEATED – Rich & Smoky is the smoky expression within St. Kilian’s permanent core range. This single malt whisky is crafted using heavily peated barley malt from the Scottish Highlands, boasting a high phenol content of 80 ppm.
The matured spirit was aged in a combination of 70% ex-bourbon casks and 30% Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a complex, smoky whisky that marries intense notes of grilled apricots, creamy toffee, and subtle oak spice with warming peat smoke.
