Complete books and large collections are offered “as is.” The order of the scans is not always the same as the order of the offered items. What is offered is always what can be seen in the scans. For destinations outside the mainland, including islands and overseas territories, additional charges may apply, but these will not exceed the costs for shipping to the rest of the world.
