This is a stunning original oil painting on canvas by Japanese artist Yukio Kimura (木村由記夫), titled "Cherry Blossoms at Togetsukyo Bridge" (渡月橋の桜). The work captures the picturesque scene of the iconic Togetsukyo Bridge in Kyoto, enveloped in full bloom cherry blossoms along the serene river. With rich impasto textures and delicate brushwork, Kimura masterfully portrays the vibrant pinks and purples of spring, reflected gently on the water below.
