Elena Paraskeva の作品は、スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（Children's Cancer Wing の正面に500 cm の大規模インスタレーションを含む）、Australian National University、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）など、機関・企業コレクションに所蔵されている。

彼女の作品は、ブリュッセルの EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT をはじめ、ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、サンパウロ（ブラジル）、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエナ などの主要ビエンナーレやギャラリーで展示されてきた。
2026年には、世界的に影響力のある現存写真家の一人として広く評される Magnum の写真家 Alec Soth が、ギリシャ文化省の後援の下、ギリシャでの展示として彼女の作品を個人的に選出した。

彼女は、四つの国際的な写真協会によって International Photographer of the Year（2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018）に選ばれている。

Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards (IPA)、Neutral Density Awards など、数多くの国際的評価と主要受賞を受けている。

2021年以来、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS の審査員を務めており、Fotografiska Museum や 東京写真美術館のキュレーターと共に審査を行うほか、毎年複数の国際写真コンクールの審査員として活動している。元 Adobe インストラクターおよびアンバサダーでもある。

彼女の写真は Smithsonian Magazine や The Guardian（UK & Australia）、The Times、Vogue.it、Aesthetica、LensCulture、PDN、Photography Masterclass など、数多くの国際出版物に掲載されている。
