静かに力強い石器の酒器（徳利）を思わせる佇まい。 muted grey-brown の表面は、自然由来の灰の沈殿によって一方の面に暖かな橙赤の閃光を宿す。口部の広がりと丸みを帯びた胴体が、現代の薪窯焼成石器が持つ落ち着いた彫刻的存在感を与える。
高さ: 14.0cm / 胴直径: 9.4cm。

三原研（Ken Mihara, 三原研, 生年1958年、島根県出身）は、1981年に陶芸家舟木健二の下で修行を始めた。茶道美の展覧会「茶道の造形展」や朝日陶芸展、日本現代陶芸展など多数の大展覧会へ定期的に出品しており、東京・日本橋三越や難波高島屋などで個展を開いている。作品は東京の高木盆栽美術館などの美術館コレクションにも所蔵されている。本作には原型箱（署名入り木箱・と共署）と作家自身の経歴資料（経歴書・keirekisho）が付属しており、写真付きで同梱される。
