セムーズ型の1フラン銀貨で、風に種を蒔く共和国を寓意的に表現したデザイン。オスカー・ロティ作、モダニスト様式で、皺の処理と髪の動きに卓越したダイナミズムを持つ。裏面にはオリーブの枝の上に1 FRANCの値が配置され、国家 mottoが取り囲む、バランスが取れた上品な構図。標本は浮彫がはっきりとしており、オリジナルの輝きが多色のパティーナの下にまだ perceptible、特に裏面で金色と青がかった色調が目立つ。地帯には本来のグレードに伴う軽い傷痕があるが、全体的には調和の取れた魅力を保ち、MS63の保存状態に相応しい。
