The studio was founded in 2020 by Gianmaria Della Ratta (b. 1993, Italy) and Giorgio Gasco (b. 1992, Italy) after their Master's in Contextual Design at Design Academy Eindhoven.
GROOVIDO collaborates with brands and companies to develop furniture collections and products that combine tradition with material innovation. Their commercial projects include partnerships with Rodruza, TNO,
70MATERIA and Coef, where they integrate contemporary design narratives with industrial production.
