珊瑚は非常に愛される宝物の一つであり、仏教の七宝の一つでもあります。海洋生態系の重要な指標でもあります。産卵期には、珊瑚の卵が暗黙の了解のもと一斉に躍動し、美しい星空のように、あるいは海の雪景色のような壮麗な光景を作り出します。しかし、人々の目に映る珊瑚の産卵の美しさは、自然の困難を乗り越えて増殖しようとする生物の努力でもあることが見て取れます。地球表面の約72％を占める海は、ほとんどすべての生命の源であり基盤です。しかし、過度の開発・乱獲・汚染・破壊により、海は日増しに苦境に直面しており、海洋生態は前例のない大惨事に直面しています。

そのため、デザイナーは川表塗（ Kawari-nuri ）の技法を用いて、樽の上に広く美しく広がる海の世界を表現しています。特に、種子を粒状の模様として用い、特別な表現効果「ナナコ-nuri」と呼ばれるグレインを作り出しています。規則的で一様な並びと伝統的な配色を破り、珊瑚の産卵のような素晴らしい瞬間を導き出します……。

川表塗は漆器の工芸の一つです。これらの塗り模様を作るには、一般的に「木目（グレイニング）」として知られ、筆致は少なくても、さまざまな道具を用いて模様を作ります。代わりに、グレイニングは通常ランダムであり、二つのペンでは全く同じ模様を再現することはできません。貝殻や貝殻化した卵殻を川表塗工程に追加することはさらに難しいです。貝殻と漆は滑らかで継ぎ目のない仕上がりになるよう、何度も磨く必要があり、それには時間を要します。

Please keep in mind that in the case custom fees are applicable, these will be payable by the buyer.
If the winning bidder decides to cancel / withdraw after the lot has been sent, they will be responsible to pay
all costs for return shipping which could include the Custom fees of the seller before receiving a refund for the purchase.

Warranty Notice
1. When you receive the pen(s), if any defect is found, please contact us within seven days. We will replace it with a new one free of charge. However, the remade pen may not be virtually identical due to the natural materials used.
2. The pen made of natural materials may crack as the situation arises, such as severe changes of humidity and temperature. In scenarios when it occurs due to non-human factors within seven days, we will repair the cracks of your pen for free. If there is a need to repair after more than seven days, it will be charged subject to the degree of damages.
3. The pens produced by the company have a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
4. Traces, pollution, damages caused by normal use, or damages caused by human factors are not covered by the warranty.
5. The company reserves the right to interpret the contents of this guarantee.
