Authentic Art Nouveau / Art Deco ceramic vase by Gustave ASCH (1856-1911) for the Manufacture de Sainte-Radegonde.
• Model: ovoid ball vase, narrow neck, as described in auction catalogues: "Vase de forme ovoïde en faïence émaillée turquoise, le corps orné de serpentins émaillés blancs en applique"
• Material: glazed earthenware (faïence émaillée)
• Glaze: speckled turquoise / turquoise nuancé, glossy
• Decor: white serpentine coils in relief around the neck, falling down the body (three handles)
• Period: early 20th century, circa 1900-1911
• Manufacture: Sainte-Radegonde, South of France, historically important for sculpture and pottery, acclaimed at Paris Exhibition 1925
• Mark: under base (see photo)

• Condition: good antique condition, minor wear on foot rim, no restoration on coils
• Provenance: old private collection Belgium 1970s, authenticated by mister Didier de la Croix
