Waffen-SSに関する希少な空中パンフレットで、この部隊の蛮行の真実を国民に知らせるための情報が記されています。

さらにいわゆる安全通行証（Passierschein）とされるものが散布され、ドイツ兵が安全に降伏できる機会を与えることを意図しています。あわせて第二次世界大戦期の空中パンフレットを二点、併せて含みます。

状態は良好ですが使用痕があり、折りたたみ跡といくつかの裂け目があります。安全通行証は皺が寄っています。（写真をご参照ください）
