Elena Paraskeva の作品は、InstitutionalおよびCorporateコレクションに所蔵されており、スウェーデン公共美術局（ Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（児童がんウィングの正面に500cm規模の設置）、 Australian National University、 Thalassa Museum、 Affinity（Serif）などが含まれる。

作品はブリュッセルの欧州議会をはじめ、NYC・パリ・東京・ロンドン・ドバイ・サンパウロ（ブラジル）・ウィーン・バルセロナ・ミュンヘン・クアラルンプール・フィレンツェ・フランクフルト・マラガ・リンツ・グラーツ・シエナなどの主要ビエンナーレやギャラリーで展示されてきた。
2026年、 Magnumフォトグラファーの Alec Soth は、最も影響力のある現代写真家の一人として広く認識されており、彼自身がギリシャ文化省の後援の下でギリシャでの展覧会に彼女の作業を選出した。

彼女は、2024年／2023年／2021年／2018年の International Photographer of the Year に、四つの異なる国際写真協会によって選出されている。

Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards（IPA）、Neutral Density Awards など、国際的な評価と主要受賞を多数受けている。

2021年以降、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTSの審査員を務め、Fotografiska MuseumやTokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photographyのキュレーターとともに審査を行い、毎年複数の国際写真コンテストの審査員を務めている。元アドビの講師・アンバサダーでもある。

彼女の写真は Smithsonian Magazine、The Guardian（英国・豪州）、The Times、Vogue.it、Aesthetica、LensCulture、PDN、Photography Masterclass など多数の国際誌に掲載されている。
