An English sterling silver photograph frame by George & Charles Ltd, Birmingham, dated 1942, in a rectangular form with a beaded and geometric border, an aperture of about 10 × 15 cm, a wooden back with a hinged easel and retaining clips, and full British hallmarks including the lion passant, Birmingham assay mark, date letter for 1942, and maker’s mark, in good condition with light surface wear and an aged patina.
