A pair of Japanese sterling silver gilt salt and pepper shakers in the form of a Gosho-guruma cart, with gilt flower heads on a black niello ground, ca. 1910, 4 cm high, 6.5 cm long, total weight 46 g, stamped Sterling Japan, in excellent condition with minor wear.
