A magnificent and highly collectible vintage Hermès Carré 90, "Les Fêtes du Roi Soleil" (The Celebrations of the Sun King), celebrating the grand 1662 carousel festival organized by King Louis XIV.

This rare piece features Hermès' celebrated, discontinued Jacquard silk weave: intricate sunburst and festive firework motifs are woven directly into the silk background, creating an iridescent depth of texture that cannot be replicated by standard printing.
