エレナ・パラスケヴァの作品は、スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（子どもがんウィング入口に500cmの大規模設置）、オーストラリア国立大学、タラッサ美術館、Affinity（Serif）など、機関・企業コレクションに所蔵されています。

彼女の作品は欧州議会（ブリュッセル）での展示をはじめ、ニューヨーク、パリ、東京、ロンドン、ドバイ、サンパウロ（ブラジル）、ウィーン、バルセロナ、ミュンヘン、クアラルンプール、フィレンツェ、フランクフルト、マラガ、リンツ、グラーツ、シエナなどの主要ビエンナーレ・ギャラリーでも展示されています。
2026年には、世界で最も影響力のある現役写真家の一人として広く認識されている Magnum 写真家の Alec Soth が、ギリシャ文化省の後援のもとギリシャでの展覧会に彼女の作品を個人的に選出しました。

2021年以降、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS の審査員を務め、Fotografiska Museum や Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography のキュレーターとともに審査を行い、毎年複数の国際写真コンテストの審査員を務めています。元 Adobe のインストラクターおよびアンバサダーでもあります。
