エレナ・パラスケヴァの作品は、スウェーデン公共美術部門（Västra Götaland政府）、米国ボストン病院（児童がん治療棟の入口に500cmの大型作品）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）など、機関・企業のコレクションに所蔵されています。

作品はブリュッセルの欧州議会をはじめ、NYC・パリ・東京・ロンドン・ドバイ・サンパウロ（ブラジル）・ウィーン・バルセロナ・ミュンヘン・クアラルンプール・フィレンツェ・フランクフルト・マラガ・リンツ・グラーツ・シエナ等の主要ビエンナーレ・ギャラリーで展示されています。
2026年、マグナム・フォトグラファーの Alec Soth は、存命中の最も影響力のある写真家の一人として広く認識されており、ギリシャ文化省の後援のもとギリシャでの展覧会に彼女の作品を個人的に選出しました。

彼女は2024年・2023年・2021年・2018年に四つの異なる国際写真協会から「Year International Photographer of the Year」に選出されています。

ハッセルブラッド・マスターズ、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris、International Photography Awards (IPA)、Neutral Density Awards など、国際的な評価と主要賞を多数受賞しています。

2021年以降、FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTSの審査員を務め、Fotografiska Museumおよび東京現代美術館のキュレーターと共に審査を行うほか、毎年複数の国際写真コンペティションの審査員を務めています。かつてはAdobeの講師・アンバサダーでもありました。
