構造はブロンズ/ゴールド系の金属要素で飾られており、縁取り、リベット、角部の補強、蝶番、留具、側面プレートなどを含みます。正面には二つの留具と、暗色の頑丈な中央ハンドルが付いています。側面のハンドルも見えます。

VINTAGE DECORATIVE TRUNK WITH SUN AND MOON MOTIFS

Elegant vintage decorative/travel trunk, distinguished by an attractive sun and moon decoration on an ivory-coloured background. A highly decorative and unusual piece, suitable for collectors and for interiors where an original retro accent is desired.

The trunk has a rectangular construction with a reinforced lid and ivory-coloured decorative panels featuring numerous representations of human-faced suns and crescent moons in shades of yellow, orange and ochre. The motifs are repeated across the lid, front and side panels, creating a distinctive decorative composition.

The structure is enhanced by numerous bronze/gold-toned metal elements, including edging, rivets, corner reinforcements, hinges, clasps and side fittings. The front features two closures and a sturdy dark-coloured central handle, together with side handles.

The interior is fully lined with decorative floral paper, featuring blue, green, beige and yellow flowers. The spacious interior provides useful storage capacity in addition to its decorative function.
