Large rectangular solid-wood panel dating to the Daoguang period (1821–1850) in China, titled Panneau honorifique, measuring 220 cm wide by 80 cm high and 6 cm deep, weighing 22 kg, with high-relief sculpture and a reserved design on a red and black two-tone lacquer background, framed by an original black lacquered moulding, provenance private collection; condition excellent with minor signs of wear and natural age cracks in the lacquer due to the underlying wood, no major damage to the front.
