Lot of three historical papal medals from the Papal States, cast in bronze and over 200 years old, including Clemens XIII (ca. 1765–66) with a Capitolini Museum extension and two centaurs on the reverse (21.3 g), Eugenius IV restitutio medal (18th–19th century, 38.0 g) commemorating the canonisation of Saint Nicholas of Tolentino, and Pius VII prize medal (ca. 1804–05) for Archigymnasium Romanum/University of Rome students (33.9 g); all are historical collectibles and not legal tender, with normal age and wear and an attractive patina.
