In uitstekende/mint conditie, inclusief opbergdozen en certificaten. Vervaardigd van polystone, handbeschilderd door vakmanschap bij de firma Parastone.

De Man met de bolhoed (1964)
Dit portret van de man met de bekende bolhoed kan beschouwd worden als een variatie op “De Mensenzoon”, waar het gezicht van de man schuil gaat achter een appel. Magritte zei hier zelf over:
“Achter alles wat we zien gaat iets anders schuil, we willen altijd zien wat verborgen is door hetgeen we zien. Er bestaat een interesse voor het verborgene en wat het zichtbare ons niet toont. Deze interesse kan zulke intense gevoelens oproepen, dat je zou kunnen spreken over een strijd tussen het zichtbare dat verborgen is en het ogenschijnlijk zichtbare.”
