Elena Paraskevaの作品は、機関・企業コレクションに所蔵されており、スウェーデン公共美術部門（ Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（児童癌ウィングの正面入口に500cmの大規模インスタレーション）、オーストラリア国立大学、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）、その他の機関・企業コレクションを含みます。
