We are a certified member of Responsible Jewellery Council. This is the highest level of audit in the jewellery industry towards sustainability and accountability. We care about the environment and have moved to a 100% Recycled gold policy.
We now ship all shipments by Registered Insured Shipping by FedEx/DHL with insurance, so all EU shipments are delivered within 48 hours usually. Fedex/DHL are a multinational couriers and are the most reliable that there is, unfortunately sometimes there are delays but please do understand once we give the parcel to Fedex/DHL it is their responsibility to deliver the parcel. WE will always try to help you to ensure Fedex/DHL honours its commitments.
