Christopher Shaw (1989) は、英国北部出身の多分野にまたがるファインアーティストです。アフリカ系の深いルーツを持ち、世界を旅し、しばらくの間カナダに居住した経験を経て、ストリートアートのシーンに没頭することとなり、それが創作の旅の始まりでした。カナダのグラフィティ界で卓越した評価を築いた後、世界各国を巡る旅に出て、複数の国で制作を行いました。英国へ戻った後、北部の最も名高い美術学校であるリーズ工科美術大学（Leeds College of Art）の美術学士号（Honours）を取得。そこで彼の実践はさまざまな方向へと展開しました。これまでの経験からのインスピレーションを心・体・静脈に流し込み、独自の現代的表現を生み出しています。現在は国内外で展覧会を重ね、世界中の認定コレクションに多数の作品が所蔵されています。
