最新の栄誉 — 2026 International Photography Awards (IPA - Lucie Foundation)、世界有数の国際写真コンペティションのひとつ：BEST OF SHOW - ニューヨーク市のルシー・ギャラリー、パリ、ブダペスト、アテネの各会場で展示。

エレナ・パラスケバの作品は、機関・企業コレクションに収蔵されており、スウェーデン公共芸術部門（ Västra Götaland Government）、米国ボストン病院（子どものがんウィング正面に500cmの大型設置）、オーストラリア国立大学、タラサ博物館、Affinity（Serif）他の機関・企業コレクションが含まれます。
