中型の心形バイフェイス、美しい平凸形。ヨーロッパのモウステリアンと比較される古典的なバイフェイスで、周辺のジファサ産のサイレックスを用い、外観に美しいパティーナがある。タイプ的には後期アシュレリアン期に位置づけられる（モウステリアン）。発見場所は、カプシアン（後期旧石器時代の北アフリカ全域に広く見られる文化）にこの名を付けた由来で知られており、なおかつより古い居住の痕跡もある。重要な自然の水源の周囲に配置されている。
寸法 111 x 71 mm
光沢のある砂漠のパティーナと、ところどころに擦れたパティーナがあるが、全体的には完全である。
各販売ロットには真贋証明書が付属する。
