Large sculptural stoneware vase designed by Piet Knepper for Mobach Keramiek, Utrecht; hand-thrown with a wide cylindrical base, long slender neck and horizontal turnings, glazed in a matte, highly textured finish in warm brown, ochre and earth tones, base marked Mobach and bearing Knepper's monogram, about 49 cm high and 25 cm wide.
