Das Fenster ist reichhaltig von Hand bemalt und mit floralen sowie figürlichen Motiven in kräftigen Grün-, Rot-, Blau- und Goldtönen dekoriert. Die aufklappbaren Flügel und die ornamental gestaltete Rahmenpartie verleihen dem Stück seinen charakteristischen traditionellen indischen Jharokha-Charakter.
Ein außergewöhnliches dekoratives Architekturfragment, das sich sowohl als Wandobjekt als auch als Blickfang in einem orientalisch/indisch eingerichteten Interieur eignet.
