### Koroit Boulder Opal
Koroit Boulder Opal comes from the Koroit opal fields of Queensland, Australia. It is famous for its beautiful combination of **precious opal and natural ironstone**, creating unique earthy patterns with flashes of blue, green, yellow, orange and red.
It formed millions of years ago when **silica-rich groundwater slowly filled cracks and cavities within ancient ironstone**, eventually forming precious opal. Each piece is completely unique, with its own natural pattern and play-of-colour.
