クラシックなヨーロピアンデザインで、バロックまたはルネサンス期の影響が強く見られます。

Originally part of: an antique piece of furniture (cabinet, sideboard, wardrobe), or interior decorative doors.
元はアンティーク家具の一部（キャビネット、サイドボード、ワードローブ）または室内装飾用の扉でした。

Central motif: the panel features a central rosette or floral motif in relief, surrounded by a scalloped circular molding (with small cuts or beads).
中心モチーフは、浮き彫りの中心ローゼットまたは花のモチーフを特徴とし、嵌め込み状の円形の縁取り（小さな切り込みや珠付き）に囲まれています。

Corners: the four corners are finished with carved leaves (also of the acanthus or palmette type).
四隅は葉の彫刻で仕上げられており（アカンサス葉またはパルメット型）。

Polychromy: they have a very distinctive finish that combines the natural dark tone of the background wood with green and gold pigments.
ポリクロミー（彩色）：背景木材の自然な濃い色と緑と金の顔料を組み合わせた、非常に特徴的な仕上げです。

Decoration: rich hand carving in high and medium relief. Vegetal motifs and scrolls clearly inspired by the baroque and renaissance style. Symmetrical and vertical composition, very well balanced.
装飾：高浮き・中浮きの豊かな手彫り。植物モチーフと巻物は、バロックとルネサンス様式に明確に影響を受けています。対称的で縦方向の構図、非常によくバランスが取れています。
Origin: lot acquired from a private collection, France.

Condition: good condition despite its age. Signs of use and aging such as paint loss and cracks in the wood. The panel is composed of two joined sections. The seam is visible in the photographs, though it does not detract from the beauty of the piece.
状態：年齢の割には良好です。塗料の剥がれや木材のひび割れなど、使用・経年の兆候があります。パネルは二つの接合部で構成されています。写真には継ぎ目が見えますが、作品の美しさを損なうものではありません。
