アンリ2世・ド・モンモランシー、1595年4月30日、シャンティイ城で生まれ、1632年10月30日にトゥールーズで死去。ルイ13世の時代の紳士である。

フランスの提督、ニューカナダ副総督、ラングドック総督。新教徒との戦争に参加し、1625年、ラ・ロシェルの前でソブイズ公ベネジャミン・ド・ロアンの艦隊を打ち破る。
1630年のフランス元帥。王の弟ガストン・ダルレオンとともにリシュリー枢機卿に対して陰謀を企てる。国家に対する罪で死刑判決を受け、1632年10月30日にトゥールーズで処刑される。

ルイ1世・ド・ボーボワール、コンデ公、アンギャン公、1530年5月7日ヴァンドームで生まれ、1569年3月13日にジャルナックで死去。ブルボン＝ヴァンドーム家の血統の prince で、ボーボン＝コンド派の分家の創始者であり、三大宗教戦争の初期における主要なプロテスタント指導者。当時ジャルナックの戦場で暗殺死。
彼はコンド派の家を創設し、1558年に改革派宗教へ改宗した。

ジャン1世・ド・ボルゴーニュ、通称「恐れ知らずのジャン」（ジャン＝サン・ペール）、1371年5月28日ディジョン生、1419年9月10日モントルローで暗殺死。ヴァロワ系カペー朝の王族。

ルイ1世・ド・オルレアン、1372年3月13日パリ生、1407年11月23日同地で暗殺死。シャルル5世(1338–1380)の息子でシャルル6世(1368–1422)の弟。ヴァロワ系カペー朝の王族、1392年から1407年までオルレアン公。
二代目オルレアン家の創始者として、公である詩人シャルル・ド・オルレアンの父であり、ルイ12世の祖父、フランソワ1世の曾祖祖父。

ルイ・ド・ルクセンブルク、歴史上では Saint-Pol の宰相として知られる[1]、1418年生、1475年12月19日にパリで没。フランスの高貴族の中で最も影響力のある一人で、王権とブルゴーニュ公の両方の家臣であった。ルイ11世によって宰相に任命されたが、高 treason により死刑判決を受け、グレーヴ通りで処刑された。

ガストン・ド・フォワ、1489年12月10日マゼール渓谷で生まれ、1512年4月11日にヴァレンナで没。ネムール公、エタンプ司教領、ナルボンヌ子爵。イタリアでの戦いにおいては、叔父ルイ12世の軍の総大将として戦った。

ピエール・テライユ、Bayard卿、別名Bayard卿または“騎士ベアール”として知られる、1473年または1474年[6]にBayard城（ポンチャラ）で生まれ、1524年4月30日にロマニャーノ・セジア[1],[2] または ロヴァセンダ[3],[4]（イタリア、ピエモント）で死去。ブランの十五・十六世紀のイタリア戦争で特に名を馳せたフランス貴族の騎士。

ヴェルサイユの歴史的回顧展は、1750枚を超える版画を集めた壮大な作品です。ヴェルサイユ歴史画の全体は460回の頒布（ヴィセールによる462回とする説もある）で後援出版され、最初の発表は1837年5月1日でした。当時、以下の3つの版が用意されていました：豪華版、チュン印刷の大縦長版で、中国紙に版画、テキストには異なる挿絵や灯花、木刻の装飾が施されているもの；挿絵と本文は同じだが装飾を省いた小縦長版；他の版からの版画を選抜したIn-4判版。

The Historical Galleries of Versailles is a monumental work gathering more than 1750 plates. The whole of the Galeries historiques de Versailles was published by subscription in 460 deliveries (462 according to Vicaire), the first of which was announced on 1 May 1837. Three editions were then available: a luxury edition, large folio format with engravings on China, with text adorned with vignettes, side-of-lamps, and wood-engraved ornaments; a small folio format edition, with the same engravings and texts, but without the ornaments; an in-4 format edition containing a selection of engravings among the other editions.
