培養真珠のネックレス、585（14金）ゴールドクラスプ – J. Köhle "JKa", プフォルツハイム、ドイツ、20世紀中頃
エレガントな一連の培養真珠のネックレス。クリーム色で、丸く、実に均一、強い照りと強い遊色を有する──高品質の貝殻層に典型的な、潜在的に虹のように輝く光の遊びが表面の下で見られる。珠は糸を絹糸で一本一本結んで通してあり、摩擦を防ぎ、糸切れ時の紛失を抑える伝統的技法。
クラスプは585（14金）イエローゴールドで、前面には真珠を配したベゼル、背面には透かし花/星型のデザイン。仕上げ印として「585」と製造者印「JKa」が押されており、1872年創業の歴史あるドイツのメーカーJ. Köhle GmbH & Co. KGのプフォルツハイム社に起源を持つ。1926年以降、真珠 jewelryの高級クラスプを専門化した—この分野の最後のドイツ製造業者の一つで、同社は2020年に事業を停止するまで活動。
