非常に大きなオーバル型カボション天然ルビー（19.15カラット）をプラチナ製カクテルリングにセットした、印象的なデザインです。ミャンマー産のルビーを周囲にラウンドブリリアントとブガッティカットのダイヤモンドで囲んでいます。ルビーは深いピンクがかった赤色を示し、滑らかなカボション表面が輝きを放ちます。
添付のWorld Gemological Instituteのレポートによれば、ルビーは天然コランダムでミャンマー（ビルマ）産、熱処理なし（油の澄明性改善あり、F3）、サイズは17.07 × 13.09 × 7.95 mmです。周囲の24個のダイヤモンドの総計は1.55カラット、カラーはG–H、クラリティはVS2–SI2。リングにはメッキ刻印として950プラチナが打たれています。
