A pair of two faience jugs produced in Britain at the start of World War I (1914), each featuring portraits of King George V and Albert I of Belgium on the larger jug and Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and President Poincaré of France on the smaller one, surrounded by Allied flags and the English inscription “Unity is Strength”; the larger jug is 19.5 cm high with a 10 cm collar diameter and an 11.6 cm base diameter, the smaller 16.5 cm high with a 9.5 cm collar diameter and a 9.8 cm base diameter, both in good condition and authentic without a certificate of authenticity.
