AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Original and unique artwork, created in 2026 through a gestural and experimental approach.
The composition presents a female figure integrated into an abstract field of colour, matter and gesture. With her eyes closed and her body surrounded by different layers of paint, the figure conveys a sense of serenity, suspension and balance, appearing almost as an organic part of the movement of the artwork.
The circular form partially surrounding the figure creates an element of tension and protection, establishing a dialogue between the human presence and the surrounding abstract space. Brushstrokes, marks, splashes and spontaneous lines cross the composition, allowing the figure to gradually merge with the environment around her.
The combination of blue, green, pink, red, orange, white and black creates a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, contrasting with the delicacy of the female figure. The work explores the relationship between body, movement, matter and emotion, combining figurative and abstract elements within a contemporary Urban Art language.
SUSPENDED GRACE explores the idea of a moment of stillness within movement, representing a female presence that is simultaneously integrated into and independent from the chromatic energy surrounding her.
Each element was entirely hand-painted by the artist, making this piece unique and unrepeatable.

Seller's Story
YOUTHONE is the artistic pseudonym of Portuguese visual artist Adalberto Brito, active in the urban art scene since 1988. He began his practice during the early phase of the development of graffiti culture in Portugal, a formative period that deeply influenced his artistic trajectory and the construction of his visual language.
With more than three decades of continuous activity, YOUTHONE has developed a body of work that crosses the energy of street art with contemporary painting practices. His original works, executed entirely by hand, combine painting and mixed media, exploring different visual languages with a strong presence of the human figure, graphic elements and references to urban aesthetics.
His work oscillates between figurative compositions and more abstract and experimental approaches, reflecting the influence of street culture, the observation of urban daily life, and the constant search for new visual possibilities.
Through the YOUTHONE project, the artist has built an aesthetic identity marked by expressiveness, chromatic intensity, and a dynamic visual approach, positioning his work between contemporary urban art and studio painting.
