【作家プロフィール】
伊藤節水は、新潟県・佐渡島の関水窯窯主一族の名を継ぐ名跡で、江戸時代末期まで遡る系譜があります。窯は佐渡の旧金山鉱山で特有の鉄分を多く含む「ムミョイ」粘土から作られるムミョイ焼で知られ、特徴的な赤褐色の釉調に焼き上がります。
