Upholstered carved wooden footstool – Louis XV / Rococo style

Elegant vintage footstool in carved wood, featuring a richly decorated structure and a refined upholstered seat.

The frame is characterized by curved cabriole legs in Rococo taste, decorated with floral motifs and scrolls, while the front apron is enhanced by an attractive central composition of opposing scrolls. The warm natural tone of the wood highlights the craftsmanship and decorative carving.

The seat is upholstered in red/burgundy fabric, finished around the edges with a row of decorative metal studs. The contrast between the richly carved wooden frame and the red upholstery gives the piece a particularly elegant and decorative appearance.
